We provide commercial development finance to help with the development of commercial properties. These are generally pre-let, or the lease terms and type of tenant(s) are acceptable in terms of obligation and covenant.

We will consider financing office, retail, industrial, leisure or mixed use developments, particularly where the resultant investment is attractive to institutional purchasers.

Repayment of the loan is expected to come from a sale of the property or by refinancing within an agreed period after completion of the project. However, we can structure a loan to allow the developer to hold the property until the first rent review.
